: Xichen Liu President/CEO

Graduated from School of Journalism and Communication, Renmin University of China, President Xichen Liu has been working in the television industry for more than twenty years. He is the first person who successfully introduced the overseas TV format to China. Since 2006, he has been dedicated in the integration of format industry chain and has successfully shaped 3C Media into a new-type media company. He is one of the earliest practitioners and experts in the industry of format in China.

: Bingwen Wang Executive Vice President

Former vice Director General of Hunan TV Station, China's second largest television network after China central Television (CCTV), Vice President and Sectary General of Hunan Television Artists Association. As the founder of China's most popular entertaining programs including Happy Camp and Super Girl, Mr. Wang is known as Chinas “Godfather of Entertainment” and enjoys high prestige and commands universal respect in China's TV industry.

: Shihui Cheng Vice President

As the VP of 3C Media, Shihui is in charge of format research and development, international business, content strategy and development, as well as budget and process management.

Prior to joining 3C Media, Shihui served as VP and Chief Creative Editor of LIC China, the biggest Chinese private documentary production company. Before that, she worked for the BBC World Service and Phoenix TV. Shihui has the extensive career at home and abroad and extreme competence in the bilingual business. She has played a leading role of global acquisition and distribution of TV formats and finished content. She won many awards including a Golden Award at the Hugo Awards 2009, and film screenings at the Festival Internazionale del Film di Roma 2011 and at the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) 2011.

Shihui has a MA in Media and Communication from Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, University of Central England.
